Check in staff at night was great. Check out not so. Leaving front desk was accessible.. once on the elevator it was filthy looked like a freight elevator. Hallways dark and not very inviting. The room was fair, the bathroom was very bad, exhaust fan cover falling off. Hopped in shower that made awful high pitch sound the entire time, the drain was somewhat plugged as when I was finished I though I put the plug in.. Not very picky but this was BAD The gentleman at night desk was the only positive. Checking out was never asked anything just wanted to get back to what she was doing 7:00am was not busy at all

Except for the heat system, everything is perfect. Either too hot or too cold. Hard to adjust to the right temperature. And the heat is very noisy.

This is a very affordable hotel, right in the heart of downtown Regina. The rooms offer a lot of space, and I don't really notice any downtown noise at night.

when returning to room in the evening, there was a man at the entrance that was totally out of it. Staff did their best to get the police officers there to have him removed, but as a single female, very uncomfortable.

Room was fine. Tv sucked. Coffee pot needed cleaning. No coffee or cups. Had to go to front desk to get supplies for
