Poor standards
Posted 21 Jun 2024 on HotelsWould not stay here again or recommend to colleagues. Asked for 3 days to 3 different staff for a fan and no-one bothered to get back to me. Luxury room booked but no luxuries. Luxury bed linin advertised but cheap low standard. Room not cleaned, asked after 2 days and they stated it was to save the enviroment, i didnt know making beds and emptying bins was saving the planet. Like many hotels, this one used covid to reduce number of cleaning staff any not clean rooms. Sign on check-in desk was in herman and then turned it round to display english version. Perhap tgey should mention this at check-i n. Check out the receptionist selected payment in Euros without giving me the option and the arogantly stated "we're in Germany" you pay in Euro. Restaurant closed for two days. Other than that nothing else was perfect.
