I liked the tub in the room. It was very quite and we will definitely be back

We felt this property was much better than the other Wyndham option in Reedsburg. Very well taken care and an excellent breakfast. Pets are allowed. On the not so great side, my husband would have like a grab bar in the shower and it was difficult to reach anyone by phone when setting up the reservations.

Breakfast was just depressing. The pool area was dirty so we didn’t use it. It seems like the staff and their families live in the hotel. We had a two night booking, but left after the first night. Would appreciate a refund for the second night.

The staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean from the sitting area to my room. I never went into the pool, but from looking in through the glass door that area looked clean as well. Would stay again at this hotel.

The only thing we did not like was the breakfast, the pancake machine was not working. & also the cereal was stale.
