"From the moment we arrived the employees were great! They took our luggage and stored it until check in. We stayed on our arrival to Seattle and again upon our return from the cruise. They were so helpful in every aspect and so friendly. We will stay again!"

"The Hotel was great, very clean and the hotel staff were very polite, accommodating and helped out when I needed something. The restaurant at night was also a nice end to our nights, staff was very welcoming and couldn't do more for you. The only issue we had was the morning food service where it's a automatic 18% tip and the service was non existent. Should let the guest decide how much tip they should give based on their experience. "

"The area the hotel was located was not good. If I knew this ahead of time we would have stayed somewhere else. Also we payed sometimes twice as much as guests who were checking in after we arrived. "
