Excellent stay, very clean. Staff we're a pleasure. Beach is a quick 1-2 minute walk across the street. Look forward to.coming back.

Stay away from The very Unpleasant Owner Shawn
Posted 22 Jul 2024 on HotelsI was verbally attacked by the owner (Shawn) of this hotel in front of my children at 10:30 because I told Hotel.com that I found a huge roach in the room and my child went crazy and she did not want to go into the room. He claims we live in Florida and that is not a roach, yet he was extremely aggressive.
He banged on my door like he was the police.He was extremely pissed off cursing in front of my children because supposedly I posted this online, which I never did until now.This was the scariest and most humiliating traumatizing to me and my children. However, The property Manager is a lady Colleen the sweetest and Lourdes, she has no idea what had happened that night, she does live on the property but had no information until I said something to her. She was pleasant and hear my complaint but she only works there, The Man who traumatized my kids is the Owner. I do have pictures of the "palmetto bug" as he called it. Hotels.com did absolutely nothing about to try to remove us from there.

Hi Johnnie,We do ask that when you have any concerns, to call the hotel direct so that we can get to you right away instead of contacting hotels.com. We do not see those reviews/concerns in a timely matter, so it was late when we were notified. Shawn was just concerned and wanted to make sure you were satisfied, so the late response was due to that. I apologize if you think that he was being aggressive, that was not his intention. Palmetto Bugs are very common here in Florida and if the door is left open for a short period of time, they will find their way in. On your reservation you did state that you only had 2 guests and you arrived with 5. We waived the fee for the extra guests and did not charge you but do ask that next time you let us know. Not all the rooms can accommodate that many guests and for safety concerns we do need to know who is staying at the hotel. We hope that you enjoyed the remainder of you stay here!

Perfect location
Posted 17 Jul 2024 on HotelsEverything was fabulous we spent 5 days at our favorite beach. The rooms are small but we were just sleeping and cooking breakfast so it was perfect for us. The beach is right across the street several beach chairs and umbrellas to use for guest definitely an added bonus. The place was very clean and had lots of cute decor around the property.
