Lovely hotel and the staff were all really nice. Bathroom was pretty nice and modern and beds were comfortable enough. Breakfast was pretty nice and the attached golf course and spa facilities all looked great. Unfortunately golf course and driving range were closed the weekend we were there (because of the weather I think) and didn't have time to use the pool etc. Room was very spacious but you could hear anyone or anything walking about outside or above the room. They did have EV charging (6 points available) at £10 per hour or £30 overnight. Not sure what speed they were but seemed extremely expensive so didn't bother with it.

Very pleasant surroundings. Stayed in Gleneagles room which as roomy with massive bed. Only complaint was the rather poor lighting if you wanted to read in bed. Breakfast good but croissants without custard filling would have been nicer.

Great stay, I always enjoy stopping at the abbey hotel. The rooms are quite dated, would be nice to see them being refurbished. But overall nice stay

Very nice room, tv wasn’t working however that was due to the storm and the staff were very apologetic. Very nice entrance very nice facilities.

The staff were very friendly and helpful apon arrival. The room was clean and a good size. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it. The pool and Spa was excellent too.
