The staff were very friendly and helpful apon arrival. The room was clean and a good size. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it. The pool and Spa was excellent too.

There were a lot of items not checked before we received the cards for the room, the cleanliness was poor. Fridge didn’t work, cards to enter the room stopped working twice. Girlfriend lost a nose stud after the room was cleaned. Shower door didn’t shut properly, toilet leaked, Fan didn’t work, sheets wasn't changed as we stayed for 6nights, carpet wasn’t vacuum’d. Wasn’t told we could you all the facilities until second but last day. The hotel was recommended by a friend, very disappointed stay, Girlfriend came all the way from Nederland's wasn’t happy either, she wanted to leave and go back home. Young man on reception on the afternoon shift 3-11 was very polite and helpful.

Our 2 night stay started with an issue as we had booked 2 executive rooms one Double and one Twin when we arrived the twin was set as a double. They were moved to a twin as housekeeping had gone home but that room was small restricted roof space and not executive but no discount was offered. We returned to reception and was advised the receptionist would split the zip beds in the original room so that in 1/2 hr to an hr they could return to their original room which was great and good customer service. We ate on the evening at the hotel and apart from forgetting 1 side which came late the meal was good but avoid the celeric/apple soup as it made myself ill all night and the following day. Staff were good and friendly room light airy and well spaced out bathroom was great with choice of bath or separate shower and the shower was a good power shower. Would definitely return.
