Me and my wife wanted the traditional baskets in the lobby to admire when we checked in our hotel room.

Room was spacious and clean. Restaurant staff was friendly. Constant hum in the room from HVAC vent. One front desk person was unsympathetic. Late check out was mishandling and we were locked out. Took 3 attempts to fix the key. No apologies.
