Smells dog pee and poop. Carpet rug is so run down and nasty looking.

Staff was nice and helpful. Place needing some repairs on walls and in the bathroom.

Posted 23 Jul 2024 on HotelsPull out bed a joke, sooo flat, like cardboard - made noises all night. When you unfolded from couch, frame hit foot of bed so it wouldn't go all the way down. Room wasn't cleaned each day, so had trash/food sitting for 2 days. Ran out of toilet paper (only had the partially used roll currently in the holder). Again, if room was checked staff would have noticed this. Need more variety for breakast....Eggs & sausages for 3 days? Need lids for the coffee cups.
