The lady that checked us in was excellent, friendly and professional. Then the evening/night staff came on and let's just say less than friendly. The homeless around the property are a problem and had I known what area of the city it was located in I would have booked else where. Breakfast was great and hot as well as fresh. Our room was clean and spacious.

It was a nice experience staying in the hotel with my family. My kids enjoyed the breakfast and I was particularly attuned to the fast response to my complaint. The room was too cold as the heater didn’t work, however, another room was given to us within 3 minutes of our complaint. The property area - inside and out looked neat.

The location was perfect for our visit. Rooms dated, rugs in rooms need to be removed and housekeeping needs to be improved on especially in bathroom. Please wash your shower curtains they were disgusting.
