Hot tub drained, leaky faucet, old inefficient toilets, hot rooms, alarm clock broken.

Hot tub was broken, toilet in our room didn't work, ordered a movie on the TV and it also didn't work. Very loud from kids running up and down the halls until late at night.
Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good.

The hot tub wasn’t running, the continental breakfast was served by waitresses which was very inconvenient and slow, overall could use some inprovements

Pool was good, smells like hockey bag in the hallways most of the time. Rooms are good and reasonably priced!

Not a bad spot. Could use a bit of fixing up. The gym was ok, could use a bit more equipment. Kids loved the pool and water slide. Great breakfast included. Very good/friendly staff as well.

Although it is a “family” hotel, and it is noted in a few places that “cribs are available” - there is ONE crib available for the entire hotel, so bring your own play pen.
Hot tub was still out of commission as noted in other reviews. The pool is very small, but the water was warm which was nice for the smaller toddlers.
As stated in other reviews, the hotel is dated, not the cleanest, and is noisy. Thankfully staff obliged our request to change rooms to a higher floor. The hot water did not work great in our first room but was fine in the second. We started out with a family suite (separate room with bunk bed) which was fine minus the noisy neighbours above us.
Breakfast was fine, nothing special, buffet style but served by an attendant.
It’s a cheaper place to stay in comparison with similar size rooms at other hotels. You get what you pay for. Ultimately we would not return.
