"Front desk rep Ryan was great. Friendly and ensured a smooth check in. Front lobby was very cold, and they are down to one elevator. Unfortunately a bit of a wait and sometimes confusing going up and down multiple times even after scanning your card and selecting floor. Nonetheless looking past these minor inconvenience so far so good. Excited to see what the breakfast is like. "

"This is a nice hotel with amazing staff. I have to mention that the price is much too high and please change the alarm clocks to something made in the past 15 years. The old 14 pin style ipod connections are a bit dated. lol. But honestly, the service and staff were amazing. I understand that it’s industry that drives up these prices but it’s still crazy they are so expensive."
