Decent value but the rooms seem to be lacking some fairly common convenience items. Eg fridge, body wash and lotion

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. You must have missed checking the cabinet directly under the tv as there is a full sized bar fridge in there. Instead of body wash, we provide 2 bars of Dove soap in every room. As for the lotion we can understand. We do have lotion by request at the front desk. So please come see us again soon.

Poor everything

We are sorry you feel this way. When you come into a property not in the right state of mind and threaten the staff on site. They have every right to refuse service. As such, we understand this is considered poor to you. But for the safety of our staff and guests, the agent did the right thing.

Room was mostly clean minus the windows. The windows didn't have screens and someone could literally jump out the window, not very safe. Furnace was loud. The hotel is run down. The pool area has so much potential to be great. The parking lot was dirty. Continental breakfast was a usual hotel breakfast not great.
