We are sorry you feel this way. When you come into a property not in the right state of mind and threaten the staff on site. They have every right to refuse service. As such, we understand this is considered poor to you. But for the safety of our staff and guests, the agent did the right thing.

Room was mostly clean minus the windows. The windows didn't have screens and someone could literally jump out the window, not very safe. Furnace was loud. The hotel is run down. The pool area has so much potential to be great. The parking lot was dirty. Continental breakfast was a usual hotel breakfast not great.

The parking lot has needed to be redone since it was the Red Deer Lodge, it’s crappy as hell. I had a suite that literally had no place to put my clothes, no closet or wardrobe or even a set of drawers. The free breakfast was meh at best, if I’m paying over 160 bucks for a room and there’s no bar or restaurant it’s going to be a big nope from now on

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay. We intend to have the parking lot done in the coming year. As for the closet, there is one, the door is based on magnet system. You would have only needed to pull.

Room was outdated and could’ve been cleaner. Staff was lovely and very helpful parking ample. Free Breakfast was lacking.
