The property was being remodeled. It should never have been open for business. Shame on Expedia for booking this hotel under these conditions.
We will NEVER AGAIN USE Expedia to book a hotel.

I rented a room for my 8 year old daughters birthday, for the sole purpose to take her swimming at the only place in red bluff with an indoor pool. It was close our whole stay, very disappointing!

I use a walker and the tiles were torn up and loose and no other way around to the elevator. Also the the pool and hot tub were closed . We paid for them and no discount offered or upgrade offered when asked for. Not pleased .

Pool was closed. Which was very disappointing. Considering nothing was said about it being closed at check in.
