Very basic hotel. Room was very basic but ok. Everything worked. Don’t expect luxury. Very basic breakfast, especially for Brazil where the breakfast is usually very good. Cleaning was so so, found a hair in shower. No shampoo just basic soap. Staff was friendly always.

Embora a localização do hotel seja excelente, ao chegar a porta do apartamento que nos foi oferecido no 6º andar não abria (tive que descer para reportar o problema). O hotel nos trocou de apartamento, mas as paredes estavam sujas e não havia toalha no apartamento. Tentei me comunicar pelo interfone, mas ninguém respondia (mais uma vez tive que descer). Ao solicitar toalhas, fui informado de que ainda não haviam chegado da lavanderia e teria de aguardar entre 1 e 1 hora e meia. Ao insistir, deram-me duas toalhas (éramos 3 hóspedes), que, embora limpas, encontravam-se em péssimas condições de uso, estando uma delas rasgada. Em síntese, a experiência não foi agradável e não recomendaria esse hotel. Não se pode admitir que algo assim ocorra a uma reserva feita com mais de 1 mês de antecedência, com previsão de check in às 14 h e check in efetivamente realizado à noite.

Essa foi minha segunda estadia neste mês nesse hotel. Todos muito simpático s porém nas 2 vezes o mesmo problema: falta de toalhas. De rosto não tem e de banho só 1 mesmo sendo 2 hóspedes. Só vim conseguir a outra toalha umas 5h depois.O ar condicionado o 2° dia na madrugada passou a esquentar e o ramal da portaria não atendeu nenhums vez em que precisei. Enfim, precisam fazer manutenção nos aparelhos e compra de toalhas.

The location is near a very poluted stream of opened sewer that smells terribly. I reserved a 2 bedroom room, but there was only one towel and the hotel would nor peovide another. I madd the check out but no receipt was given to me or sent by e-mail. Bad experience.

Razoável para pouco tempo
Foi uma estadia razoável para uma diária. O hotel tem boa estrutura de áreas comuns, bom atendimento e café da manhã bem servido. As camas são confortáveis, disponibilidade de wifi e um valor muito em conta. Porém deixa muito a desejar na disponibilidade de alguns itens básicos para a estadia como toalhas e travesseiros. Além disso, não tem vagas de estacionamento suficientes para comportar os veículos dos hóspedes.
