They charge 100$ for the dog while it’s says pet friendly and it never said that they charge, parking was not available and they ask to pay 25$ for private parking, the room was not clean at all the sheets were so tinny and over used

The bedroom was good and bed was big. The staff was super helpful. Breakfast was good as well.

The entrance by car is very limited and only have two lines. If there are cars parked, it’s a problem to get another car moving if they are picking up ppl. Manager is very unfriendly, ready to debate with guest no matter what. Reception ppl are ok, in particular Rebeca,- very polite and attentive. Extreme noise on the rooms because if all the air conditioning standing just outside the windows; not ever think about open the windows, noise are serious problem.

The staff is excelente specially the cleaning crew, they are the sweetest and kind people ever. However the internet in the rooms are awful. Slow and inconsistent.

The hotel is very well located. A lot of shopping around. Super close to the beach. Staff was very polite and professional. Breakfast was good as well.
Cleaning staff needs to give more attention to the stand up shower walls. There was mold between the tiles. Other than this it was a ok experience.
