O primeiro problema foi o pagamento: a reserva indicava que o valor seria pago no local, mas o valor foi debitado do meu cartão uma semana antes, sem aviso prévio. Além disso, precisei sair antes das 7h e, ao perguntar sobre o café da manhã, uma atendente ofereceu que poderia ser preparado um lanche para levar. No entanto, à noite, outro funcionário reclamou que deveríamos ter avisado antes. Quando finalmente recebemos o lanche, era apenas um pão de forma com queijo e presunto, sem nenhum cuidado extra. A infraestrutura também apresentou problemas: o frigobar não funcionava e o chuveiro tinha pouca pressão. Outro detalhe que não foi bem informado na reserva é o estacionamento – apesar de dizer que há vaga, o espaço não é privativo da pousada, sendo apenas um terreno na frente.

Pousada aconchegante

Pousada maravilhosa! Pequena, mas muito aconchegante e bem estruturada. O café da manhã não tinha muita variedade, mas o que tinha era delicioso e feito com capricho. Todos os funcionários muito prestativos, mas um destaque para o Lucas que nos deu dicas ótimas. Uma informação importante, é que o anúncio consta estacionamento, porém não vimos estacionamento e o carro ficou na rua, mas na rua existe uma praça em que os carros ficam estacionados tranquilamente, então não foi um grande problema, somente um conflito de informações. Fora isso, foi tudo muito maravilhoso e especial.

A estadia foi bem razoável. Ficamos no andar superior e as portas de entrada dos quartos eram bem apertadas. O estacionamento é na praça em frente à pousada. Os pontos positivos são a limpeza do local e atendimento. O ponto negativo foi a falta de conforto e toalhas de baixa qualidade, o que torna o local ainda mais desconfortável. O valor da estadia é elevado para o que é oferecido, mas não deixa de ser uma opção em razão da localização (próximo ao centro) e higiene do ambiente.
