I made reservations for two "Standard Apartment (Smart Piscina)" rooms for my family (5 people). At check in they provided what it looked like regular documents with several parragraphs in three languages and they made me sign a couple of them in portuguese as check in staff didnt speak other language so I believed was not an issue having myself stayed in different countries and hotels where had faced the same situation (never had a problem). In the process it was never explained anything related to their right (?) to change my room at their will nor was provided any specific date of any potential room change. A couple of days after when we where about to leave the hotel in a taxi to go to the closest town because we had a tourist trip reservation to a nearby beach, I realized I had a lost phone call through whatsapp (at 11am) from an unknown number. Thats where the nightmare began. They told me that I had to leave my room inmediatley because the "shared time owner" had arrived (?). I replied that I was never told about such a change and that even if I accepted that would have to be after we come back from the tour. They where furious and in a very rough way three people arrived and later on the Manager On Duty who even requested the guards to not allow us to leave the hotel. Whole family was in shock. As I didnt want to expose them to something else I finally moved to a different room. This kind of reactions & lack of judgment is unnaceptable. Worst situation ever lived.

Tudo excelente, só gostaria de comentar que nós bares molhado e da piscina precisam ter mais funcionários, pois foi difícil pedir uma caipirinha. E uma observação sobre o piso ao redor das piscinas, ele é escorregadio quando molhado! Não achei muito apropriado. E o acesso elevado da piscina aquecida, precisa de um guarda-corpo nas laterais da escada, pois crianças ou idosos podem cair.

Hotel top com pequenos ajustes a serem feitos

Hotel super novo com uma ótima estrutura. A praia em frente é deliciosa. Nosso pacote tinha café e jantar. A variedade era boa, deixando a desejar apenas porque não tinha nada para dieta restrita (diet, sem lactose ou sem glúten). Os quartos são ótimos, espaçosos, mas não oferecem secador de cabelo. É preciso pedir na recepção e se não tiver disponível, tem que esperar alguém devolver. Achei um pouco desagradável. Um hotel desse porte deveria ter secador em todos os quartos. No meu primeiro dia só tinha sabonete no banheiro. Não tinha shampoo. Colocaram só no dia seguinte. Achei interessante o esquema da pulseira que serve de chave e para o consumo. O hotel é ótimo, mas tem alguns ajustes a serem feitos.
