Posted 18 Oct 2017 on HotelsElena is small single room, With a small but adequate shower, it's a bit hard to maneuver in but was hot and clean. Everything spotless and clean, view was superb especially for price, nice laminate floors no icky carpet. Wifi drops out occasionally but you just have to renter username and password. Can easily hear neighbors with the marble floors so try and be respectful. Morning coffee and breakfast on the patio overlooking the sea was so pleasant.

Posted 10 Sep 2017 on HotelsWe enjoyed our 2 night stay at hotel Elena to wast hours the fireworks very much. The real negatives were the mattress and the pillows that were awful and the archaic internet that required continuous signing on, at least 15 to 20 times a day!!!
The personnel rating between 3.5 and 4.5. Good job!

Good for an overnight stay
Posted 14 Jun 2017 on HotelsOne night stay without dinner. We took dinner on the town which has several appealing restaurants.
However the breakfast was excellent on a communal balcony overlooking the sea. Recco is a pretty town just round the corner from Rapallo. We have been back for overnight stays four times! Parking is limited however but not a severe drawback.
