Very comfortable room. BUT Heating inadequate. Only 3 hangers (clothing) in a FAMILY room ? No towel hangers in bathroom. Small screen TV compared with other, similar hotels. Restaurant - sub-standard and evening meal food almost un- edible. Very limited Bar/drinks choice. Corridors/ stairs very cold. Staff generally helpful but appeared unhappy with their work.

All staff were friendly and welcoming. Pizza was the best we have had anywhere. The room exceptionally clean bed very comfortable very impressed

Hotel ok, location ok

The location is basically in an office block carpark. I imagine this hotel is mainly used by businessmen or workmen. Not really a holiday location spot
