The property was now up to standard the room was dirty all the walls was dirty and the bathroom was dirty as well I was not satisfy I didn’t even take a shower and I really would like a refund and I also have a video to show how the room was

I didn’t like the stay there. Everywhere were insects. The heating doesn’t work etc.

We can understand your frustration. You wanted to stay 4 people in Twin room of 2. We were expecting this feedback. There is heating on all day, there is not a single insect on the whole hotel. We got pest control company who monitor our hotel on regular basis .

I arrived in need of a hot shower and found the shower broken. No way of regulating the temperature and the water was scolding hot i had started to shower so my hair was wet. There was no way to shower due to the temperature so i then tried to dry my hair only to find the hairdryer did not work. No heating in the room so wrapped my wet hair in a towel and slept with cold wet hair all night. Noone on reception. Absolutely appaling. Want a refund and to warn others
