Everything i needed, shower, toilet, microwave, fridge, kettle, bed, tv, safe, hanging rail for clothing, even had a hairdryer tucked away although not something i use. Was clean and warm. Windows that open to let air in should you need it. They provide breakfast down by reception. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. "Centrally located, easy access to public transportation and major sights. Free laundry, early arrival luggage storage, excellent communication, and all of the espresso pods we needed(!) made this an excellent choice! Rooftop was only open 10am-10pm, which coincided with our times away from the hotel. Linens lacked a washcloth, so bring your own. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The contactless check in and out was very convenient. Apartment was more spacious than expected. There were a few things that would have improved the stay such as coat hooks in the entrance hall, a dishwashing cloth to wipe surfaces, another sofa for everyone to relax. Overall a well located apartment for a great city break. Everything within walking distance and a Netto just around the corner. "

"We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."

The services team level of responsiveness and support are on par with international 5 star properties. "Amazing stay here. The only thing I would change about the place is a few extra options in the casual dining restaurant in the evening. The staff are brilliant and made us very welcome. The rooms are great and location is excellent to access the whole city easily. I would definitely stay again!"
