This was a wonderful hotel for cruise travelers! The concierge was warm and welcoming, helping us to acquire a taxi the next day to the port (half hour away). The hotel itself is classic, with lots of marble and granite, a small but efficient elevator, easy internet access, clean rooms, big bed options, and a nice neighborhood. It was everything we had hoped for!

This hotel need an update for the price. Furniture very outdated, hair drier worked but such a small amount of air hair would not dry.

Great location and clean
Posted 7 Aug 2024 on HotelsGreat location in Ravenna! It seemed like a long walk on the map with luggage but it really wasn’t bad. The room was spacious enough and clean. Minus the shower being small and it having some issues closing, the room worked for me. Nice, kind service at the front desk.
