Really nice inside just the transport links to the location were not ideal. Should try and have a car if staying here. The beach nearby was dirty and there were few businesses open nearby. However, the actual hotel was lovely its just the area surrounding it wasn't ideal.

We were given the wrong room and charged double for the property fee until we asked. Then the keys didn’t work. The room was so old, small and smelly. The few small dingy restaurants around were closed early. There was no place to eat except the restaurant at the hotel, which I have to be honest was surprisingly nice and cosy. The food was really tasty and breakfast was as amazing. However I won’t stay there agian

The room was clean and very comfortable. We stayed here before our cruise. We loved being able to walk to the beach. We were only 2 miles from the cruise port. They need to give it a paint job do it looks as nice on the outside. The front desk person was kind and helpful. We had a couple of very good meals in the attached restaurant. We would stay here again if we have anothe cruise from Ravenna. Ask about inclusive dinner. We did not have that, but would have done that if we had known.

This property is old and dated. Not exactly what we expected. We stayed here one night prior to setting sail for a cruise. Nearby restaurants. Convenient taxi transport to port. About 40 euros for taxi. Free breakfast that was nice and offered a nice selection of items.

Lovely traditional family orientated hotel. Excellent breakfast option provided. The lunch time and evening buffet poked fantastic although we didn't choose this option.
Very noisy from the visiting fair and late evening children's entertainment though.

Close to a lovely beach, small shops and restaurants locally, parking can be difficult but some free parking available outside otherwise paid parking opposite. Had problem with parking one night when there was a busy street market and fair on right outside.
Quite a noisy hotel, and could do with a refurb. Rooms are ok but basic and not overly clean. Bunk beds are slightly dodgy! Elevator has 3 large steps to get to so not good for disabled access.
Breakfast was ok, hot food isn’t served right away as we found out when we were earlier for breakfast one day.

The only issue we had was with the air conditioner. Our unit was unable to keep up with the extreme heat. It made for uncomfortable nights. I chalked it up to the high temperatures (upper 90’s). Over all it was a great stay - a great breakfast and super close to shops and the beach.
