A nice hotel, friendly staff, great dinner and breakfast. Full of lovely pottery lamp (Owls).
Surrounding area is quiet and beautiful, good for hiking.

Nothing special about this hotel. Rooms were booked with half board. Dinner was ok, not memorable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rausu Daiichi. The onsen was fantastic, beautifully landscaped and lots of mineral goodness. The dinners were amazing and every night different for our 3 nights. Staff friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Great location to travel to Shiretoko National Park. Great room deal which included tatami style breakfast and dinner. Onsen amenities can be improved.

Pros: Room nearly renovated and great onsen.
Had a wonderful stay, delicious breakfast and dinner.
