i have booked family suite. The air conditioner is not working and the room have the bad smell. Luckily afyer complain they willing to change another room for us. However, the room still having bad smell and the bed is not clean which you could fell it. The blanket a lot of dust and make nose itchy. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel. The attitude of staff is okay.

Water pressure and security

The place is perfect to stay at the price but only for the water pressure that is way too low as the water heater isn't equipped with a pump even we stayed at the ground floor it doesn't serve any purpose whereas also no security guards at any point to guard the entrance where they just adept with the magnetic door access if anyone were to break in its so easy that you just give it a hard push and it will open or even break the glass where this is no safety at all.
