wrong booking which didnt even use it. i was trying to cancel it many times. but i dint have any luck. Very poor services.

Menu items were not available. No fast food available through out the day.

Possibly best stay option at Ganapatipule, leaving aside mtdc, hotel is 8 mins from beach. Nice swimming pool, spacious rooms. Food quality and service, breakfast, can be much better, outdoor AC units mar the tranquility when on balcony, boundary wall robs-off the otherwise great panoramic views. Still good value for stay with family
