"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. "I booked this hotel for a relaxing weekend away with my partner and we had exactly that. The staff were so friendly and the food both for breakfast and dinner was delicious! The outside boasts a beautiful garden and we made good use of the club lounge which had plenty of soft drinks and wine to enjoy. What made the weekend the most special was meeting Catalina from the spa area who topped off the relaxation with a Swedish Massage for my partner and a foot massage for me. She was so good and professional that my partner booked again the next day! I am not sure people know about her services because I only found out by ringing up before our stay asking if there was a massage therapist and was directed to this //www.purebycatalina.co.uk Katie on reception in the spa was also so helpful and friendly. The only recommendation I have is for the deck chairs outside to be folded up to avoid the bird poo ruining them!"
