I like the minimalist contemporary design and the cleanliness of the hotel. However, the competency level of the staff have to be improved. The receptionists couldn't understood English Language.

Very clean and convenient. Staff is very accommodating. Be aware that this property is located at a rest stop and check in a is done at the service station. You could walk to the neighboring town, Hosel, but we chose to drive to Ratingen for dinner. Despite the location, the hotel was quiet, secure and spotless!

Stayed here whilst Spiel Essen was on, literally the perfect location, with a bus stop just down the road you could easily get to Essen or Düsseldorf! Family room was fantastic to stay, only downside is there was no coffee making facilities in the room, however walking to the petrol station or restaurant with 25% off everything made it less inconvenient ☺️

Nice and new hotel but AC out of order
We booket this for a stay over after a consert in Dusseldorf. The location was fine and the hotel is quite new and was in good condition. But, the aircondition was out of order ande the temperatur in Dusseldorf this day was up to 35`C so it was ridiculous varm in the room and not possible to sleep. Thats why its only to stars from us.

Die Sauberkeit hat uns sehr gefallen. Und es gab noch für die Hotel Besucher in der Tankstelle und Speisesaal Rabatt die uns auch gefallen hat :) Das Personal war sehr nett und die Zimmern waren sehr sehr sauber. Danke nochmals.

Ontzettend fijn hotel, prachtige kamer en badkamer, schoon en fris en ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was goed geïsoleerd en er was een ruime, goed verlichte parkeerplaats.

Unsere Hunde haben panische Angst vor der Knallerei an Silvester. Aus diesem Grund waren wir auf der Suche nach einer geeigneten Unterkunft, das Hotel wirbt ja explizit mit Schallschutzfenstern um Hundehalter mit Angsthunden. Defakto ist es vom Lärmpegel dennoch eine einzige Katastrophe, die Anwohner hinter dem Hotel haben geballerte, was das Zeug hält - und es war unfassbar laut. Meine Hündin hatte Todesangst, ich habe bis 4:00 Uhr morgens mit ihr im Badezimmer gehockt und versucht, sie zu beruhigen. Die Anwohner (eine gut situierte Nachbarschaft, alles sehr gediegene Einfamilienhäuser mit teils riesigen Grundstücken) haben sogar gezielt ihre Feuerwerkskörper in Richtung Hintereingang und Hotelparkplatz geschossen. Mein Fahrzeug war voller Reste der Böller. Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht!

We hadden een ruime familiekamer. Hotel ligt aan de snelweg, maar door de kozijnen hoor je er helemaal niks van. Kamer is schoon en voorzien van tv met veel zenders. Lag zelfs 2 flessen mineraal water klaar. Fijne hotel!!
