A perfect location with all the amenities you need (and more) particularly if you’re looking for something outside of the resort experience. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer

If your looking for space and location then this is the place for you. We stayed in villa 1 & we had everything we needed for 5 nights. Waking up in the morning to the sound of the ocean was magic, & dragging a kayak a few metres into the pristine water before breakfast was even better. Snorkeling right outside & a pool to have a dip was heaven. There are some things that could be better especially for the price! The moldy pillows that were on the bed along with dusty white decorative sheet above the bed was gross. The guy who was staring at us from the abandoned house behind us was beyond creepy & didnt make me feel safe, especially when we caught him going thru the bins. The shower head is missing its cover, the outside shower head was broken. The bidet was also not working properly. It could do with an update. Definitely bring your bug spray.

Kia Orana,I have been in NZ on a medical referral so missed replying earlier. My apologies on your experience with the sick guy early in your stay. I did phone you during your holiday and you advised all was fine and you were very happy with things with no further problems with any individual. Bugs occassionally prevail in the tropics and if you may have noticed that protection sprays were provided. Pity you didn't alert us to your other concerns but that seems to be the typical customer action in these times, take it home and then write about it.

Second time in these Villas. Why? They are perfect

Perfect location with a lot of things in a 5 to 20 min walk. Bus stop, rental cars or scooter are a few meters away. Coffee shop, amazing restaurant, Muri market, Te Ara museum, spas... all in super easy walking distance.
And the best? You cannot be closer to the water than this! Probably 10 meters away of it. The place if full of fish so you can do snorkle before breakfast. The noise of the water is so relaxing...
Oups... and I forgot to mention the staff. Very kind and super helpful

Location was excellent with everything you could possibly want
Chad who looked after us was helpful and poked after us brilliantly
The only problem was the aircon didn’t really do anything at all. If it had been very hot I would have struggled medically

We are pleased you enjoyed your stay with us and that our staff provided assistance as required. The Air Conditioner in your Villas is new and only supposed to lower temperatures and humidity in the bedroom thus assisting in more comfortable sleeping.

The property was really well maintained and the staff were great in picking us up from the airport. We were given complementary bread and eggs for our stay as well as some milk and juice.
The villa came equipped with kayaks and its own access to the beach. It was a beautiful stay.

Great position, great spacious villa with everything you need, nice touch to have plenty of breakfast choices, eggs, bread, muesli plenty of coffee and regularly serviced. Airport transfer with wonderful Chad. Nothing was a problem. We had the best 7 days of relaxation, plenty of options to be active, walking, kayaks, snorkeling, swimming with turtles and heaps of choices for wonderful tasting local food close by.

Quiet, bhelpful staffs good space.
Needed a little mauntenance and not eure when shower glass cleaned well. But overall revommend.

The location is excellent, beautiful lagoon at your doorstep. An easy walk to the local village of Muri.
