We loved our stay at the Pacific resort. The location is perfect with most rooms just steps away from the lagoon. The resort is lovely, the rooms are high quality and have all the amenities that you need. We were impressed with the helpful and friendly staff. The location on a calm lagoon with crystal blue water is so beautiful! The food at the 2 restaurants is delicious. The Spa provides exceptionally great massages. Most important, each and every one of the staff are professional, helpful and very friendly. Staying here is like being at home!

Had a wonderful stay at Pacific resort! First and foremost, The staff is just amazing. They would always help if you need anything. They offered us early check in and check out and we are free to use their facilities before our check out. The breakfast is great! Lots of options. The kayaking is fun and there is swimming pool. There is area for kids to play. The location is perfect. Lots to do within walking distance. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rarotonga!

The hotel and staff were great. Beach is nice and close to the snorkel cruise boats. The lagoon is shallow and good for easy dip or swim although sometimes water is quite warm. Hotel is easy walk to night market, and local store, or easy bus ride to other areas on the island.
