Minus a few unsavoury guests. The place was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would go back here again.

Found the staff to be very slow all around the resort. Stayed 4 days and 2 of those days our room wasn’t cleaned despite having our sign hanging. Bathrooms had mould in them and found it to be overpriced for what we got.
Pool was warm which wasn’t convenient considering it was so hot. Overall it was ok, however we probably wouldn’t go back.

The room was comfy and clean. The continental breakfast was adequate. The front desk was open 24/7. My wife and I stayed at Club Raro for 2 nights. We had a late night arrival at Rarorotonga and we had an early morning flight Aitutaki 2 days later. There were no walkable dining options other than the hotel restaurant. We had an ocean view room. There is no sandy beach at this hotel. If you plan to stay longer than 2 days, we recommend that you get your own transportation. There are buses but they don't run very often especially on Sundays and holidays. The hotel was a good place to stay for 2 nights.
