Lock on door was broken, hole in bathroom dooe, looked like someone punched it. Room wasnt clean, pad wrapper on sink counter. Beds were gross, woke up with bug bites all over me. This place should be condemed. No clue how they are in business and have not been shut down. Overpriced, unsafe dump.

Room was clean, convenient to our planned sightseeing. Limited breakfast was good.
Had to ask for clean towels every day.
After three requests room was lightly cleaned on third day.

This property seems to be under new management but they dont have a footing yet. The area seemed unsafe and the external door locks were broken.

Very central to everything in the Rapid City area. The staff were friendly and competent. The breakfast room was always clean and well attended. The breakfast itself could use an addition of protein, the coffee is excellent. The bed, linens & towels were of good quality and condition.

The staff are exceptional .l. The rooms are large & clean, the linens and towels are good quality as is the very comfortable bed
