No hot water in facility called the front desk several times nothing was done tell asked for refund there still wasn’t hot water at check out

I am so sorry to hear that you had issues during your stay! Rest assured we did everything in our power to get the hot water restored, I am so sorry that it did not get restored as quick as you were liking, but it is not something that we can control when something happens to it.

I appreciate having a place to stay, it was very good staff at certain times of the day. I had a rude experience with one on Saturday evening. On Saturday night I discovered a needle above my door. I had no hand soap in the room that we had moved into.
