Reception was great, room was a good size and clean, breakfast was great. Only one small thing the towels in the bathroom were rough and thread bare.

I had expected a King suite not a Queen suite- other than that, everything was great

The only issues was the sheets on the hide a bed were dirty and no shampoo, body soap in the shower

The breakfast that is made available for guests could be warmer. The eggs and sausage were cold, biscuits and gravy(gravy was more of a cold paste).

This was my third time there. I use to stay at a different hotel in rapid but it was fully booked as was most in the area near the airport. The Grand had an opening. That was my first visit. Now when I have to fly out early or come in late, we stay at the Grand. We love that there is a kitchen, a couch. We live 150 miles away. We come to town to shop. If it gets to late or the weather is bad, we stay in town. The staff has been great.

Our room upon first entering looked very nice. However, the kitchen, including the floors and counter tops, were dirty and sticky. The entry way light was flickering off and on and a bathroom light was burned out. These items were reported to the front desk but nothing was repaired. Enjoyed our stay but not sure we will stay again, especially with the dirty sticky kitchen.
