Staff was very helpful and friendly at the motel. Rooms were very clean which i very much appreciated.

Always love staying here. I received bad customer service at my last visit but this time it was excellent. I did not see the worker there that was unfriendly this time. All was great, staff was helpful as usual and friendly. I recommend this place for travelers.

Always stay here when we go to the Black Hills. The one and only time I had a ugly experience with the front desk worker. She worked on Saturday morning of the 12th of October. She talked down to me like I was dumb and kept talking slower like I did not understand her. I am United States Government worker with doctoral degree and for her to treat me like I of lower value really upset me I had to walk away. Remember not all Native Americans are drunks or addicts we are highly educated people. Other than this one time incident I have love the staff and all the comforts of this hotel.

A real unfriendly front desk worker that was working on October 12th Saturday morning. She talked down on me like I was stupid, and told me that they could not accommodatete me because I booked online and through them.
The check-in worker on Friday evening was very friendly and helpful.
