Every person we encountered at this hotel could not have been kinder or more accommodating to me and my family. Everyone goes over and above to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The manager and front desk help, the waitstaff in the dining areas, the housekeepers, all are so wonderful!! If you need a ride anywhere or help getting a dinner reservation they are more than happy to help. This hotel is a hidden gem. Thank you all for an amazing comfortable stay!!!When I return to Italy, this will be my home away from home!! Ciao!!

Great location on the port side of the town. Easy to walk around and find great places to eat at night. Staff friendly and helpful. Smiling servers at breakfast got the day started off on a positive note. Great value.

An excellent hotel great service fantastic position extremely clean with friendly staff.Highly recommended and just a short walk from the lovely town of Rapallo.Would definitely stay here again rooms comfortable with good air conditioning and a very nice breakfast.We liked the roof terrace to enjoy a drink in the evenings.
