Wonderful find. Staff was great, room excellent, the bed was very comfortable and everything looked new. Breakfast was ok. This will be a regular stop for me.

There was very little water pressure and a tiny insufficient water heater. Breakfast was only a bowl of rice Porridge 🙄

Lovely room, but traffic noise outside a little too loud. TV programs limited to Thai only - no English language programming. The owner said it was a Smart TV, but it was not connected to the internet and my attempts to connect it failed.
Breakfast was not included in out rate, but we were invited to partake anyway. Simple, but nice.

Rooms are modern and clean. same with lobby.. staff friendly and helpful. about 10 min. walking distance to many good bars and places to eat.excellent value...
