This has always been one of our favorite hotels, but this time they fell very short of their previous standard. We had no hot water in the shower on our first morning and had to cancel brunch plans and reschedule. While they fixed the problem after several tries, the water never really got warm enough. Our room was near a loading dock and we were awakened early each morning by delivery trucks. The service in the on site restaurant was horrible, took almost an hour to get food. Having to pay for self parking was ridiculous and there were very few spaces available. The manager removed the parking charges for us since we had so many issues with the hot water during our visit. We found that they had added many high end items to the room- like an automatic bidet and Dyson hair dryer, but I think this just added to the price tag on the room and didn’t add any extra value. We will not be returning.

The room was average at best with a big price tag. No room number was even on the door. Flooring was waffling and cheaply done. I was shocked honestly at how poorly the entire experience was. I was gifting myself with a nice night at a nice hotel on my business trip, boy was that a mistake.

Room 216 was in a gully. Stairs everywhere. Room not well appointed. One vanity in bath with no place to set items. Only small mirror No place to sit down with makeup etc. Service in restaurant very slow. 30 minutes for drinks to arrive after ordering. Food at Lillian’s was very good. The Inn is not worth the price they charged for our Junior Suite. Poor value for price. Probably won’t stay there again.

Fabulous hotel, beautiful room…extremely nice staff from valet to restaurants. Great get a way from L.A.. 2 hour ride. We’ll be back:)
