This property looks tired and a lot of the amenities were limited. The people working at the hotel were nice and helpful.

The property looks great from the outside. Overall layout and sign indications are clear. Parking has a problem as late arrivals could not find spots near the building for the stay. Inside resort room amenities are insufficient, you have to call them to get the bathroom, coffee, stuff provided. In my case, I reported to the reception room service to repair the mal-function shower, but to my frustration, it didn't get repaired during the 4 nights I stayed there. Daily room cleaning was not efficient, it does not provide a sign tag at door to notifiy clearner to clean the room while we were out. Once we put a "not disturbed" signage on door, they will not clean the room for the day. A lot of the inside room issues have to be fixed or provided to qualify for a 4 star hotel despite we were required to pay all kinds of taxes and expensive resort fee and daily parking.Very disappointed on this so called 4 star resort hotel.

I visoted the property a month ago. Whst i dix not likr is the Expedia experience. Becayse of a wrong day i was billed i. Full for a visit i did not make, because in my opinion Expedia did not really help to correct the mistake, so i was charged for a stay i was unable to make. I will not recommend Expedia to anyone, ever!!

No elevators, one robe for 2 people, no wash cloths, towels were old & faded, parking was a challenge.

This is a beautiful resort with lots of pool options …a quiet spot for just adults or a large pool with slides for the kids. The staff was amazing. Every person we dealt with from waitstaff to concierge was so accommodating and helpful. Wonderful place to stay!

The staff was impolite. The air in the room was broken and it was hard to get an Uber out to this location
