Staff not frendly.
Only one plug outlet.
Hair dryer damage.

Thanks for your review! We have 2 plug outlets in each room, maybe you just didn't notice it under the table. If you could let us know during your stay about the hairdryer then we can easily lend you another one. Anyway, we do appreciate your valuable comment and will try to do better next time.

Over priced. No TV. Too basic. Boring.
Posted 11 Sep 2018 on HotelsBooked for Queen Bed Room at ground floor for RM239 (before discount). Few times stay at Rose Cabin since 2004. But this time too much difference...a bit run down. It's over priced for the facilities provided. Even spacious room, but no TV, no fan (so stuffy), toilet inside the room with no toiletries, bathroom (hot shower) is outside of the room at the veranda (no privacy) with very little all in one shampoo. Nothing much to do here. Check in/out counter only open from 8am till 8pm. After that all in dark. No cafe and no sundries shop. Only good for relaxing / healing (as informed by the owner). The only plus point are your veranda is facing Mount Kinabalu and cabin is adjacent to the main road. Other than that, nothing much here except a place to sleep. But beware that the cabin is made from wood, not sound proff at all. Our neighbour keep shouting and 'bang' the furniture and wall like a lot. Very irritating. Can't have a good sleep though. In short, not recommended unless you can't find any other hotel to stay in Kundasang. Will not come again.
