The room was great with a queen bed ,a microwave ,a refrigerator and individual quilts. The only slightly negative thing was it was very hot the day we were there .the AC was not on and we had to go and ask how we turn it on as there was no thermostat for it. My husband came back with a remote . we could not get it to work and we had to go back again hoping that the office was still open. It was and then they said oh we gave you the wrong one. Well they never even told us about having to get the remote to work the AC when we checked in . that should have been automatic. Otherwise everything else was very good

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Rosenhof!!
The room was spotless and spacious. The bathroom was so luxurious. And the staff were some of the kindest and most helpful in our 3 weeks travel in Europe.
Please stay at this hotel and support this wonderful family!

The room was very clean, the bed comfortable. However, there was no remote to turn on the air conditioner, and there is no one at the service desk after 9pm to call and ask for help. Fortunately, we travel with a small portable fan, but it would have been much better if the AC could have been turned on.

Nice, but noisy
Posted 13 Aug 2024 on HotelsStaff here was very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. My only issue is they provide ear plugs… because you need them. The roadway next to this hotel is extremely noisy and you can hear the people in the room next to you. For that reason alone, I would not stay again.

Front desk staff very friendly. Overall the stay was very good. Two very small complaints; if you are at the end of the row you hear the traffic at night. However, they did provide ear plugs which was a thoughtful touch. The property is a little older but very well maintained and very clean.
