"The floors a slippery and pillows a little stiff but otherwise the room very comfortable. Breakfast was good but if your wanting any kind of meat for breakfast that’s not happening. Check in staff was very friendly, nice to see smiling faces. Checkout was the same. Smiling face makes you continue to have a nice day😁. Enjoyed the checkout time as well. Could still relax after breakfast. "

"The property and area are beautiful, and the villas are quite nice and appear clean at first glance. However, once you settle in and look around, they could benefit from additional cleaning and care. We stayed in a jacuzzi villa and highly recommend it over a pool villa if you want a view of the Sea of Galilee; otherwise, the view is not as enjoyable.
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were kind, but they seemed inexperienced. They made us pay again, despite having already paid...

"The cottages are behind cow sheds and when I arrived felt like being not inhabited. Looked a bit run down. The interior of the cottage was perfect, the door however did not lock and travelling alone, I did not close an eye. It then was fixed the following day, although I did not say anything. Then a handy man was fixing and painting the cottage next to the one I was in, and suddenly he was painting shatters and fence while I was in the cottage. Obviously I was disturbed by the smell. "This is very much a hidden gem. It was like a little oasis. We especially enjoyed the pool, hottub and jacuzzi. The place was very clean and the area very quiet. The host was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area."

"We had a feeling of a bit of false advertising, as the place is wedged between two active farm and house hold. The bathroom and toilet were smaller than most tiny apartments in TLV or NY.
The bed was small (I'm 1.80m and could not sleep comfortably there).extremely noisy.
The pool, while heated (great) was also on the shallow side ~1.10-1.20 and next to an active warehouse. "

"The property itself is pretty and clean. Some of the staff need more training, especially the reception area. It was in disarray when I checked in and also never reachable by phone. The AC in my room didn’t work and then when it worked it wasn’t really functioning properly. The dinner was mediocre. We enjoyed our stay here and we will come back. Thanks to Rami, Shoham the lifeguard, Gal from the dining room and to the hotel director Denis. I appreciate your hospitality. "
