For the cost this is a good deal! Freshly renovated. Comfortable bed! Quiet!

When I arrived there were two different families yelling at the front desk girl. They were complaining that they didn’t have a room, after they already paid, there was a third woman waiting for service and myself, I immediately interrupted and asked if the other lady and myself could see if we have a room and we did. Upon entering my room I noticed the door had been busted into and was repaired. I then went to lay down on the bed and noticed the pillow cases were stained with possible make up, upon going downstairs to ask for new pillow cases there was a third family yelling at the young lady about not having a room that was paid for. Another lady came in and said she needed housekeeping because there were bedbugs in her bed. I just couldn’t wait for this night to end…. I had to inspect the bed thoroughly to ensure that we didn’t have bedbugs. The young lady was yelled at so badly I really felt bad for her. Expedia really needs to keep better track of vacancies…We ended up here because our host stopped renting her place and we had no other choice to stay here at the last minute.

I was not able to stay there bc they over booked my room and then I had to find another place to stay despite paying and confirming my stay. What a mess. I was stranded in a city I was unfamiliar with late night. Not cool!!!
