When I got to the hotel the room that they assigned to me was used and not cleaned .at the time that was the check in 3pm because the housekeepers didn't clean it and it was checked like it was cleaned up. So they gave me another room .and i need handicap ♿️ especially the shower accommodation poor staff handling

The first room had not heat
The 2nd room, the remote to the tv didnt work and they wanted me to program another one. 3rd room fine, but had to have my room key reprogrammed every day. Was there a wed to a sunday and my room was never cleaned since they only.clean o Tuesdays and thursday,. Will not stay again

Doors wouldn’t close completely you have to check them before and when entering your room

First day we returned to the room at 6p.m. and there had been no maid service to the room. When I called the front desk to report it, desk clerk Amanda told me that if the "Do Not Disturb" sign was out the maid would not enter [obviously], but I said that the sign had been removed at 10:20a.m. and the maid's cart had been right across the hall when I left the room at 10:20a.m. that morning. Amanda hung up the phone on me, telling me that there was nothing she could do. Checkout time is 11a.m., and on day three when I went back to the room at 10a.m. to get my luggage, the key was already non-functional.
