The hotel is very impressive. Set up very nice. Service is exceptional. The gentleman at the front desk at check in was excellent. He truly makes your hotel shine. He knows his job to perfection. Made our stay wonderful. Kuddos to all at the hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

Rooms were clean and breakfast was hot and fresh. Customer service was great!

This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at a hotel. We had an ADA room/ mobility accessible and my wife has a mobility and neurological disability was alone in the room while I went to the store. The manager on duty incorrectly believed someone was smoking or vaping marijuana in our room and decided to beat on the door demanding my wife open the door. She tried yelling to them that she was disabled and how hard it was to get up. They continued beating on the door till she risked her safety to open the door. And then the short manager guy and some other man enter the room (to my knowledge never proved they worked for the hotel) and with the room door closed searched our room. They went in the bedroom and bath without being observed by my wife because she’s disabled; and I can only assume they were trying to steal anything they could find. Once they realized they were wrong they left and never once apologized. This experience was very frightening and upsetting for my disabled wife and should have never happened. They could have easily realized once the door was opened that nothing at all was going on in our room. We still don’t know why this happened. And to top it off, the same scruffy little manager guy was smoking in front of the hotel where it clearly says smoking is prohibited. I do not recommend anyone staying at this hotel as long as treat guests like criminals.
