Never ever waste money and time on this dilapidated ‘hotel’. The place is filthy dirty from the lobby through the elevator which has sharp edges, very slow and dirty walls stained floor carpets on the hallway. As this was not enough, the beds have bugs, I woke up to see a bug crawling inside the sheets underneath where I slept.The room had cockroaches crawling around the tables. I complained to the receptionist and she just coldly said we will clean the room that was at 1230 noon but surprisingly when I came back to the room at 1800 the room was turned upside down with all the linen on the floor room not cleaned trash still not emptied and beds not made towels not changed , literally nothing was cleaned but just messy. This was after I tried to enter the room but access was cards were not working. The receptionist explained that they had a system error that’s why and had given me a new set today cards. She then moved us to another room on the second floor due to the messy in the room. The move was not a good idea at all because the new room was right in front of the lift and has an open area outside which turned out to be a meeting place for a group of teenage girls who were playing, running around and giggling very loud besides the traffic of people passing by all night that I could not even wink. I have never been this disappointed. I am writing this review at 00:06 am because I of how the place is so noisy. I wanted to insert pictures of the bugs and the messy room.

Blood stains on shower curtains, cockroaches in the room, foyer lights could not be turned off making sleeping difficult, no smoking policy not followed at all- hotel reeked of pot smoke, garbage in the parking lot and stairs leading up to the side entry

it spelled like cigarettes every inch of the building, there was noise ALL NIGHT and construction super early so we couldn’t even sleep in. all around awful stay i wish i didn’t have to even give one star.

The quality of the property cleanliness has declined a lot since last time we stayed here. Also, it smells like smoke thru out the hallways and the overall the physical look of place is taggy and dirty compared to last time we chose this hotel
