Cigarette ashes in bathroom on counter, floor and toilet upon arrival, very smoked up room, toilet unclean, noisy, carpet dirty in hallways, deadbolt broken

Not anything like the pictures. Dirty walls and stained couch. Bad odor in the room and hallway.

This was by far the dirtiest, most unsafe place I've ever been. We canceled our stay and went elsewhere after getting to our room and seeing how nasty it was.
