Cons: One front desk staff member (an older gentleman) is very rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. It's far from downtown, making cabs expensive when the train isn't running or if you're in a rush. The rooms were freezing, and the heating was not individually controllable. "

"We stayed as a group of 4 for 2 nights during the Taylor Swift concert. The rooms were very large. We ended up taking Uber and taxis because public transport wasn't so easy, so that did add up quite a bit. The shower in one room wouldn't drain and flooded the bathroom, but the front desk staffer went himself to plunger it and resolve it quickly. "The property was centrally located in “the Old Town” and is historic itself. The ferry was only a 5 minute walk as well as the Hop on Hop off bus stop. Tha Royal Palace is a two minute walk and there is plenty of dining options and shopping nearby. The room we had, I was given a free upgrade, was large with two bedrooms, a living, and kitchen. Staff are there during the day and helped with directions, tourist information, and assisted in arranging a taxi to the airport for our departure."
