Posted 21 Sep 2019 on HotelsThe hotel staff and restaurant are wonderful great location. No real room amenities such as shampoos, coffee tea or water. Be advised walls are paper thin you can hear everything from your neighbors. Pool and location is fantastic as well as beautiful grounds and restaurant very good.

Great and easy check in, room had great amenities and free breakfast was fantastic. Staff was very helpful.

“Air conditioning” does not meet standard expected by American. Only cools the room a few degrees and then shuts off. Had to sleep with windows open which was noisy.

Our refrigeration unit works without a reproof, it is only apparent from your letter that you have put our appliance on an automatic basis, which means that when the air conditioner reaches the default cooling temperature to quench because it regulates the thermometer in the appliance, you have the manual option in this case the air conditioner works without the default temperature and cools the non stop and then it would be different to you, for everything you could ask at the reception and you would be explained and helped and it is not clear to us why you did not do it if you did not know, no shame , the disgrace has now been postponed in the form of such comments.

Convenient location for Plitvice Lakes, as you drive from Karlovac. The breakfast was filling and of good quality. The property is well kept and our room was very large.

Posted 3 Jul 2017 on HotelsWe loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, the full breakfast was wonderful, the room was just perfect! We enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant both nights we were there... wonderful!
